In July 2021, WELL Health acquired MyHealth, now rebranded as WELL Health Medical Centres, for a purchase price of $206 million plus a future conditional earn-out of up to $60 million. With this acquisition, WELL became the largest outpatient integrated primary, specialty and diagnostic healthcare provider in Canada. 

Founded in 2013 and boasting 48 locations across Ontario, WELL Health Diagnostic Centres (formerly MyHealth) have over 700 healthcare professionals, including over 150 physicians providing patient services in primary care, specialty care, telehealth services and accredited diagnostic health services. 

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres have conducted over 50,000 telehealth patient visits on an annualized basis, and approximately 75% of WELL Health Diagnostic Centres primary care consultations are telehealth-based visits.
