The Company was originally a yoga apparel company, a business which the company discontinued upon completion of its first acquisition of primary healthcare clinics in February 2018, followed by its first Electronic Medical Records acquisition in January 2019.

 

WELL’s headquarters are in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. WELL owns and operates medical clinics across Canada.
