Loreto is a seasoned legal and business executive with more than 25 years of experience leading legal, governance, and M&A functions across public and private enterprises. 

As Chief Legal Officer at WELL Health, he oversees the Company’s legal, compliance, corporate governance, privacy, regulatory affairs, enterprise risk management, and M&A functions. 

Prior to joining WELL, Loreto served as Chief Executive Officer of Tricor Automotive Group, following his tenure as Chief Legal and Operating Officer. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive legal and business positions at ECN Capital Corp., Waste Connections, Inc., MedAvail Technologies Inc., and Symcor Inc. Throughout his career, he has advised boards of directors and executive leadership teams on complex transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and business transformation. He started his legal career at a prominent Bay Street law firm. 

Loreto holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and an MBA and BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors. 

Dina is a dedicated healthcare industry professional with 20 years of experience spanning human resources, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and management. 

As Chief Executive Officer of WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, Dina leads Ontario’s largest network of accredited outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities. Her focus spans operational performance, patient access, and team engagement. 

Dina’s passion for healthcare traces back to her personal and professional ties to the diagnostic and cardiac community, where she previously spent significant time specializing in operations and human resources in Canada and the United States. She has been recognized by her peers for her commitment to quality patient care and was featured in Industry Era’s Top 10 Inspiring Women Leaders.  

Dina is a long-standing member of various Boards addressing social and family service needs in Ontario. She is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and is currently pursuing her FACHE designation. 

Dina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. 

Kaytek is a seasoned technology and digital transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations accelerate growth through innovation in data, technology, and artificial intelligence. 

As Chief Digital & Information Officer at WELL Health, he leads the Company’s enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, data and AI platforms, cybersecurity, and shared technology services, supporting WELL’s growth and innovation strategies. 

Prior to joining WELL, Kaytek served as Chief Digital Officer at Lantern, advising organizations on digital leadership. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Data & Technology Officer at LifeWorks, where he led the modernization of its technology platforms and data capabilities, contributing to its successful acquisition by TELUS in 2022. Earlier in his career, he spent 16 years with Avanade, the Accenture and Microsoft joint venture. 

Based just outside of Toronto with his wife and 3 daughters, Kaytek is an avid skier and cyclist and also serves as a board advisor to early-stage health-tech companies. 

Kaytek holds degrees in Software Engineering and Commerce from the University of Toronto. 

Derek has over 25 years of experience driving growth and operational performance, including more than 20 years in the healthcare sector spanning digital health, diagnostic imaging, clinical services, and healthcare technology. 

As Chief Operating Officer at WELL Health, he works closely with the executive leadership team to enhance operational execution, scalability, integration, and enterprise performance management across the Company’s portfolio of healthcare and digital health assets. 

Prior to joining WELL, Derek served as President of Essential Industries at Calian Group Ltd., where he led a diversified portfolio spanning clinical services, digital health, and pharma. Before Calian, he spent 18 years at GE and GE Healthcare in progressively senior roles, most notably as Chief Commercial Officer for GE Canada, where he oversaw a $2.5 billion portfolio and drove growth across healthcare, energy, and industrial businesses. 

Derek holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management degree from McMaster University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. 

Jeremy is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience leading clinical operations, healthcare transformation, and digital innovation across Canada’s primary care sector. Throughout his career, he has focused on improving healthcare delivery by combining strong operational leadership, innovative technology, and a deep understanding of the needs of patients and providers. 

As President, Clinic Operations at WELL Health, Jeremy leads initiatives that modernize clinical environments, improve patient access, strengthen operational performance, and support more efficient and sustainable models of care. Prior to his current role, he served as Director, Clinic Transformation at WELL, helping lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization’s growing clinic network. 

Prior to joining WELL, Jeremy spent more than 15 years managing clinic operations at Kensington Medical Centre, where he led the digitization of the patient journey and drove initiatives to enhance operational performance and the overall patient experience. This experience helped shape his practical, technology-enabled approach to healthcare transformation. 

Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of British Columbia.
